• Responsible for the preparation of revised Master Deliverable Register (MDR) plan, revised overall / disciplines S-curves and the

Manpower Histogram.

• Responsible for the preparation of CTR variation order on the client adjustment of work activities.

• Responsible for the preparation of updated / revised Level 1 Project Schedule.

• Responsible for up-keeping & maintenance of database of front-end engineering deliverables and non-deliverables.

• Responsible for the coordination and monitoring of each discipline progress in preparation of GPS weekly progress & submission to

the client i.e. Updated Master Deliverable Register, updated overall / disciplines S-curves and the updated Manpower Histogram.

• Assistance to Contracts Manager in preparation of cost estimates for the client monthly billing. i.e. actual man-hours summary /

forecasted man-hours, invoice summary and the reconciliation summary
