04/2008~02/2012 Senior Scheduler, Parsons Brinckerhoff International Inc, Taiwan Branch

                         He worked for SRP project in Taiwan. PB-US built infrastructure of the military base.

                         He joined the team and worked with CMO manager to perform schedule function.

05/2000~04/2005 Senior Programmer,Taiwan High Speed Rail Company (THSRC)

                         He worked for the high speed rail project 5 years. He joined viaduct/bridge project in the beginning.

                         After civil works were complete he was transferred to station projects. 

                         He left THSRC until stations were complete.

                         He worked at site offices and regional office. As stood on owner side he did submission review mainly.

                         He also helped Contract department to do VOs. He gave comments for time analysis.
