  • Managing infrastructure projects from proposal to close out stage of the projects with different utilities such as Roads, Potable water, Firefighting, Storm, Sewer, Irrigation, Power and Telecommunication with Musanada, Transco, (ANI) Al Nahda Investment LLC, ALDAR, ADM, WRM, ADWEC, ADDC, ADPC as client.
  • Major projects include: Road Infrastructure work at Khalifa City-Sector SW17; Additional Storage Tanks & Surge Analysis Study in Abu Dhabi; Al Fahid Development, Phase 1; ADWEC Framework Agreement/A2&F2 Availability Audit; E12 Road Widening at Tie-in with E311 project; Design of roads and infrastructure for new residential development in Ghayathi, Western region, Abu Dhabi.
  • Project initiation including preparation of Project Plan, Work Breakdown, Cost breakdown & allocation, Baseline schedules in Primavera, Risk register, resource allocation and other plans as per project requirement.
  • Managing client expectations, decision making and leadership role for the project.
  • Financial set-up & performance monitoring including budgets and expenditures, Earned Value Analysis through Dashboards and Oracle based platform(APIC/ePM) & forecasts(EAC, ETC, SPI, CPI), mitigation measures to avoid over-run, margin erosion etc.
  • Stakeholder management including authorities, sub-consultants and AECOM's multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Preparation & submission of multi-disciplinary tenders for developers and authorities.
