September, 2015 Senior Planning Consultant of the PMO team. Liaise with IT to implement a planning environment. Review of initial plans and identify best planning practice to be implemented on the project. Create planning related documents and provide input for various other key documents such as Cost Management Plan.
- Create and maintain Schedule Management Plan.
- Create Planning Requirement Document
- Create Codes, Resources, Layouts and Reports in P6 to be used with in the PMO and also to the contractors.
- Liaise with Management Stakeholders from UK, Belgium and also with contractors from Germany and Japan.
- Create Management Reporting templates.
- Review the initial plans from contractors and produce report highlighting planning related issues with the plans.
- Produced a document explaining s to perform Earned Value Calculation on the master plan.
