·     Lead the Project Management Team in assessing all scheduling issues pertaining to the program and identifying critical areas, assessing impact on all projects, developing “what-if” scenarios, and recommending work around solutions

·     Managed all aspects of project controls including budget/financial management, schedule management, commercial management, and related electronic project management information systems

·     Concurrently Senior Project Manager for the design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handing over of 17 elite villas, luxury community facilities, wayfinding and signage packages estimated at approximately USD 100 million

·     Worked with full Project Management Team in ensuring there are sufficient processes and controls in place to protect fiscal and data integrity, including sufficient management systems to allow for real-time financial reporting, transaction traceability, and retrievable and archiving of project documentation

·     Worked with the key project individuals to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work

·     Evaluated validity and impact of TIA’s and EOT claims submitted by contractors and guides the consultants to develop timely resolution and determinations

·     Supervised the implementation of information and document management systems including Primavera Contract Manager (version 13) according to the established project plan
