·         Planning and Scheduling the project in P3.

·         Budget and Cost Loading.

·   Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress reports.

·   Evaluate and monitor Equipment.

·   Co-ordination with consultant and sub contractors.

·   Prepare short-term programs for sub-contractors based on CPM.
