- Preparation of target programs and short term rolling programs aligned to the internal master programme
- Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Manager, to be submitted to the Client
- Attend Weekly Coordination Meetings with the Client to update the status of works and highlight possible risks and obstacles of the construction.
- Compile data for possible delay claims
- Prepare Delay Impact analysis by Graphical Representations for the PM
- Organize Meetings with the Construction Team to report on the work status based on the Critical Path and other matters regarding the results of the Internal Programme’s progress updating
