March, 2014 - Management of the progress measurement system and the reporting set-up for the MEP Works’ Planning and Programme Management scope of the project.
- See to it that these planning systems are implemented by the various MEP Sub-contractors.
- Assist the MEP Sub-contractors so that they fully understand the planning methods and their progress reporting are concise and reliable.
- Submit the required Reports to the Client’s MEP Planning Manager and establish close coordination with him to ensure that MEP Works are monitored and finished based on old or the new re-baselined target schedules.
- Liaising with the various project MEP Engineers to update schedule/programme
- Provide MEP planning data to other Team Planners of other Work areas as needed.
- Assist the Overall Planning Manager in preparing Delay Impact analysis for presentation to the Project’s executives.
