- Responsible for the development of resourced and quantified project programme for the installation of a 373Mw Steam turbine, Balance of Plant with associated pipework and the erection of the main plant steam pipework. Along with the programme, the client also required a detailed earned man-hour database. Upon completion of the above, it was handed over to the client’s planner, as no sub-contractor planning was required on site.
