Puffin 7 Offshore Project, Owned by AED Oil. EPCM Company Upstream Petroleum (currently part of AGR AP)

Project included offshore drilling of two wells (Puffin 6 and Puffin 7) in East Timor Sea, as well as detailed design, procurement of long lead and standard equipment/items as well as install and commissioning of FPSO.

As project planner I was in charge with developing EPC level 3 schedule using P3 Enterprise (5.0) from available definition phase (DPS) schedule including definition of WBS dictionary, disciplines specific activities, applying construction work packages from contractors into P6, resource loading as well as balancing and providing manning histograms.

during the progress updating I worked closely with design, procurement and contractors representatives to define progress steps and update status of activities, particularly for offsite fabrications and ocean engineering and sub-sea installations. I also prepared and presented progress SCurves on a fortnighly basis for the project management team.
