MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION INTERN

 

KEY ACCOUNTS MARKETING ASSISTANT :
● Designing and presenting the annual strategic marketing plans to TOTAL's 24 key accounts (Mercedes, Porsche, Citroën, Peugeot, Toyota, etc.) in Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, following the sales results' of the previous years
● Leading the sales challenges organisation with the key accounts : designing of the challenge, prizes (incentive trips, gift cards, etc.) and creation of visual contents with a creative agency
● Assisting the key accounts managers in the development of the sales through events, challenges, merchandising and promotional campaigns
● Developing merchandising and sales promotional items for the various sales points (branded gloves, overalls and cubreasientos for buses and trucks, branded office tools, etc.)
● Organising the branding of the key accounts' strategic sales points (car repair workshops or sales rooms) with outdoor signs, banners and backlights.

COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT
● Developping communication campaigns for new partnerships agreements between TOTAL CHILE and Opel, Aston Martin, Toyota, Lada, etc. following the norms imposed by both entities
● Designing the annual strategic plan for social medias for the year 2018 and presenting it to the creative agency responsible for social medias
● Working alongside a Press Agency to develop external communication 
● Developping mass mailing communication through Mailchimp
● Leading internal communication through weekly Newsflashes
● Creation of "Humans of Total" for social medias
