We build up Unicracking (8.000 m3/d), Hydrogen (100.000 Nm3/h), Sulphur Recovery (2x180 t/d), Amine Regeration (6.720-10.000 t/d), Sour Water Stripper (2.280-4.000 t/d), Coker (8.200 m3/d), Vacuum (7.500 m3/d), Co-generation and Tank Farm Units as a part of Residuum Upgrading Project near the existing Tupras refinery in Izmit, Turkey.

• As an EPC contractor , Updated overall Level III schedule layout with Primavera monthly basis and submited to the client for approval. Working with client in good relation and cooperation by protecting the company rights.

• Checking sub-contractor’s Level IV schedule layout and ensuring project deadlines in accordance with contractual milestones.

• Prepared weekly work front table and graphical work front by negotiating with Construction department.

• Calculated Earned Value (EV), Schedule Perfoemance Index (SPI) and reporting to the site management in order to discuss with subcontractors in the weekly planning & construction meeting.

• Prepared weekly progress statistic, job cards & deviation reports and reporting to the site management.

• Checked weekly progress reports that is submitted by construction department by participating to site activities.

• Prepared Pre-commissioning Level III Schedule for all units including Unicracking, Hydrogen, Sulphur Revovery, Amine Regeneration, Sour Water Stripper, Coker, Vacuum, Flare, Co-generation, Utilities, Internal&External Interconnecting, Tank Farm.
