Project: Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Zarzaitine Oilfield Expansion Project (Surface Facility) in Zarzaitine, In-Amenas Algeria. CLINET: SONATRACH

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and development of project planning & control procedures and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Development, updating and controlling the progress measurement system of the project
• Preparation of EPC schedule and merging the sub-contractors schedule in overall schedule
• Monitor job progress based on the approved schedule and highlight the slippages to Project Manager and propose corrective actions and measures
• Prepare and issue the weekly and monthly reports based on the inputs from various department
• Prepare and issue the monthly invoices and certify progress payment to sub-contractors
• Follow-up and co-ordinate with different sub-contractors and vendors for the timely delivery of items as per schedule and construction required dates (CRD)
• Coordinating with the construction team for the progress at site and ensure that all construction drawings and procured items are delivered at site according to schedule
• Prepare budget for the project based on inputs from relevant department and keep a control on the expenditures against the budget and highlight the variations to Project Manager
• Prepare and present the monthly progress status presentations to client and management
• Identifying variation w.r.t. the original scope of work and originate change order to client
• Co-ordinate/liaison with Owner’s Project Control department on issues requiring owner’s assistance
