Summary of my responsibilities are:

·       Assist the Lead Planning Engineer in the development and monitoring of the Detail Design & Installation phases of planning relating to topsides equipment modifications of FPSO utilizing Primavera P6 and in-house tool CTRm;

·       Maintain effectively a project planning and progress control system to support the Project Manager's decision-making process and allow the completion of project according to plan and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements;

·       Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analysed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored;

·       Create a schedule awareness atmosphere among all project participants;

·       Maintain the Planning and Progress Control System by Collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared with the scheduled baselines;

·       Compile productivity reports, engineering deliverables production, delivery status of materials with extensive use of Company/Partner/Client IT systems & reports;

·       Isolate any adverse trend and warn the Project Management Team on time to take corrective actions;

·       Participate in coordination meetings, (internal or with the Client as required), Issue weekly & monthly Progress Reports (internal or for the Client);

·       Review with Planning Lead and Project Management Team the risks/opportunities status;

·       Provide Progress curves and reports for engineering disciplines, Progress curves for engineering deliverables and Update Detail Design Level 3 schedule in line with engineering and procurement deliverables ensuring that all documents are aligned;

·       Assist the Planning Lead in the Project Status Report preparation;

·       Supports the Project Planning Lead during the contract changes process providing the time impact analysis.
