  • Developed logic based project (EPC) schedules that reflect the scope of work and execution strategies for the various construction projects that consisted of pre-engineered Modular buildings such as 2,500 bed camps, Site-Built buildings such as Gym, Theater, Recreation Buildings, Site utilities and equipment installation.
  • Updated schedules on a regular basis and identified critical path activities, potential schedule risks and in coordination with the project team developed mitigation plans if schedule slippages occur.
  • Developed and implemented an effective progress measurement system to validate actual vs. planned progress achieved on the project.
  • Compiled project information into Monthly Project Reports.
  • Worked closely with the EPC team including contractors to validate the cost and schedule information.
  • In coordination with the project managers, reviewed project estimates and established project budgets that are to be used for controls of the project using applicable work and cost breakdown structures.
  • Collected, assembled and analyzed incurred, actual and committed costs against control budgets.
  • Forecasted final costs based on detailed analysis of projects.
  • Developed and implemented Project Controls Standards and Procedures.
  • Assisted with the evaluations of contractual changes and/or Execution changes.
  • Implemented approved changes into budgets, schedules and progress measurement system.
