Position: Project Control Engineer & Site Supervision

Project 1: Al-Azhar Bark Project, Cairo-Egypt

Cost-Plus Management Consultation contract with estimated value about (22 Million USD) located in Cairo - Egypt

Area of Experiences:Geotechnical Works, Networks, Five Stars Restaurant, Lake Side Café, Administration Building, Substations, Lakes, Pergolas, Landscape, Main Gate, Public Toilets, Planting works, and Under Ground Water Tanks

Responsibilities:

·         Participate in the preparation of the tender documents and financial evaluation.

·         Technical Office concerned in quantity surveying, design alteration analysis (Technical and Financial).

·         Assist the Project manager to review & approve contractor’s invoices.

·         Monitoring and surveillance of Construction Contractor's activities in respect of his engineering discipline to determine compliance with the applicable specifications, standards, codes of practice and the approved construction drawings.

·         Ensure that the Project and Quality Plan and related Project Documents are prepared, implemented and updated through the respective phases of the project.

·         Preparation of progress reports to evaluate Contractors Work performance.

·         Liaise and coordinate activities with each of the other discipline engineers as necessary

·         Variation Order studies and evaluation.

·         Time schedules follow up, and coordination between contractors.
