Project Controls Manager, Turner Construction - International LLC, LOUVRE ABU DHABI MUSEUM

PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGERat LOUVRE ABU DHABI MUSEUM and the related INFRASTRUCTURE works at Saadiyat Island, Cultural District Area – Abu Dhabi, UAE, project approximate value is AED 3 Billion and included the Construction of the Museum and Infrastructure works at the island (Utility networks, roads, car parks, landscaping, sea revetments, quay walls, paving works, public realm works, tunnel, etc.). The Museum is designed by Pritzker-prize winning architect Jean Nouvel.

 

Responsibilities:

-         Supervise planning, cost and document control departments.

-         Develop the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Control Procedure.

-         Review and approve contractors’ cost allocated Base Line schedules.

-         Prepare, develop and update the project budget and cash flow on a monthly basis and prepare monthly reports, risk management meetings, and presentations.

-         Monitor the progress of work against planned using Earned Value Analysis Techniques and report accordingly.

-         Manage the procurement and execution of different Design and Construction Contracts starting from the procurement of Design Consultant, different Design Phases, Authorities Approval, Procurement of Contractor, Project Execution and ending with the Close-out Process. 

Manage the Change Control Process and perform the required schedule analysis to review and assess contractors’ variations and time extensions using As Built But For, As Planned and Time Impact window analysis.
