o     Monitoring and maintaining rotating equipment like Cryo centrifugal     Vertical Pump and positive displacement pumps, Blower, etc.

o Piping MC loop Clearance activities, Vessel/column internal installation and column internal modification as per operation and maintenance requirement.

o Plan and manage spare part availability for immediate attention to any breakdown.

o Carry out routine maintenance work & responding to equipment faults

o . Responsible for trouble shooting & diagnosing breakdown problems.

o Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment’s.

o Maintaining static equipment like Heat Exchanger, Pack Column, Re-boiler, Expander, Super Heater, etc.

o Performing ISO/ LOOP clearance, Mechanical Clearance, then Hydro test. and commissioning

o Preparing daily & monthly maintenance and breaking down report for failure analysis and performing route cause analysis to reduce annual expenses cost .

o   Providing the support to plant maintenance team during the shutdown and turn around with the prior planning and resources management

o  Looking after the departmental Material, manpower and services planning, Budget preparation and routine MIS and weekly planning preparation.

o  Making of service PRs for contractor ARC
