Project Control Engineer reporting to the Branch Manager. Performed planning and scheduling, prepared schedule of works, and reports for client and consultant submission.  Reporting included schedule status and progress, schedule look ahead, s-curve man-hour analysis of forecast versus actual, and mitigation plans to recover schedule delays. Prepared monthly invoices and weekly/monthly progress reports. Organized and controlled material procurement schedule to expedite material deliveries. Prepared FIDIC based sub-contract documents and assisted subcontractors to resolve disputes with the client.  Successfully prepared, submitted and defended over USD 3 million dollars in delay claims.  Reviewed and approved subcontractor invoices and prepared delay claims.

Ismaili Centre Dushanbe (USD 16 Millions), Presidential Palace (USD 44 Millions) and Tajikistan-Afghanistan Bridge (USD 50 Millions) in Tajikistan.
