Assigned to work on various client projects, including a £200 million JCT (design/build) contract of M&E for Manchester City Football Academy, a NEC contract for Oxford Shopping Centre (value £28 million) and a role on the Campsfield Detention Centre NEC project (value £7 million). Scope included construction planning, tender planning.

• Played a key role on successful programme delivery; submitting update information, supporting resolution of issues, and producing detailed reports as cycle/governance framework.
• Minimised detrimental impact on attainment of deliverables by identifying/addressing dependencies, changes and delays, including project plan updates and mitigating action.
• Developed EVA/project reporting, encompassing resource and cost loading, with associated CPI/SPI reporting.
• Evaluated project tender documents to facilitate detailed programmes with accurate time/resource requirements, and developed tender programmes into construction programmes, in conjunction with Tender Team.
