  • Ascertained that relevant tender information was received and expertly assessed construction quantities and assigned output rates to produce tender durations with established effective timeframe for delivery.
  • Identified planning conditions/client requirements and drafted construction programme, with full scope of works.
  • Agreed tender construction programme with Bid Team, summarised tender programme for issue in line with planning procedures document, and participated in client, consultant and subcontractor meetings.
