  • Responsible for Pipe Shop activities for fabrication of ferrous and non-ferrous (Copper, Cupro-Nickel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass) pipes of size ranging from 15 NB to 1000 NB.
  • Released work orders and executed timely completion of all work orders.
  • Incharge for smooth flow of fabricated pipes and piping materials to the Outfit Assembly Dept.
  • Responsible for Pipe shop production, pipe fabrication, material control and palletizing.
  • Co-ordinate with the Classification societies and owner’s representative for inspection related activities.
  • Co-ordinate with design department for design enhancements for cost reduction and site requirement.
  • Prepared micro and macro schedules for monthly production plan and reviewed progress for MIS.
  • Improved productivity per DWT.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly cutting schedule for individual machines.
  • Developed sub-contractors for fabrication of pipes.
  • Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for MIS.
  • Responsible for technical evaluation of quotations for material procurement
  • Responsible for unit rate finalization & sub-contracting of Pipe fabrication works
