- Responsible for Pipe Shop activities for fabrication of ferrous and non-ferrous (Copper, Cupro-Nickel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass) pipes of size ranging from 15 NB to 1000 NB.
- Released work orders and executed timely completion of all work orders.
- Incharge for smooth flow of fabricated pipes and piping materials to the Outfit Assembly Dept.
- Responsible for Pipe shop production, pipe fabrication, material control and palletizing.
- Co-ordinate with the Classification societies and owner’s representative for inspection related activities.
- Co-ordinate with design department for design enhancements for cost reduction and site requirement.
- Prepared micro and macro schedules for monthly production plan and reviewed progress for MIS.

- Preparation of weekly and monthly cutting schedule for individual machines.
- Developed sub-contractors for fabrication of pipes.
- Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for MIS.
- Responsible for technical evaluation of quotations for material procurement
- Responsible for unit rate finalization & sub-contracting of Pipe fabrication works
