Moore Control Systems @ Present Project Planner /Scheduler Duties involve; EPFC Projects – o Build and maintain company-wide schedules for multiple projects such as Sendero Carlsbad Cyrogenic Plants 1 & 2 for Sendero Midstream.LLC w/ Oracle Primavera P6 v.7 o Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and correct o Manage equipment and resource requirements and usage o Identify potential changes in scope and quantify the impact of each o Maintaining baseline schedule, code of accounts, critical path analysis, resource planning, earned value assessment and performance measurement, etc. o Make recommendations regarding schedule mitigations Production Scheduling – (for Vessels, Skids, etc.) o Supporting two Fabrication Shops/Yards with planning the turnkey and cost plus Jobs o Creating timetables with resources and material needs with MS Project E & I Production Scheduling – o Supporting Platforms, Skids, Panels, etc.
