  • Prepare Project Master Schedule (Level 1 & 2), develop Level 3 schedule for all disciplines, interfacing with Project Team and site time schedule for monitoring and coordinating day by day activities
  • Prepare progress reports from start to completion in both designing and execution stages
    Define and assign project resources to schedules and level over allocations using Microsoft Project 2016 and Primavera P6
  • Update schedules and compare actual plan with project baselines using tracking views, analyzing the critical path
  • Prepare advance performance reports including budgeted Vs Actual cost histogram, Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC) using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project 2016
  • Performing delay analysis to calculate the time impact of any delay events and preparing recovery program to mitigate the delay impact as required and extensions of time as needed
  • Determining and assigning risk associated with project milestones along with preparation of time and cost impact analysis
  • Working on Project Sites and engage with Site Management to review and update progress, identify critical activities, conflicts and risks
  • Evaluating, monitoring and comparing with the baseline the actual progress and spent man-hours
  • Planning and control of the physical progress curves (S curves) for the project phase (i.e. by discipline/trade, plant area, subcontractor/vendor,), in accordance with the Company’s procedures/methods
  • Create and manage templates as required to effectively display critical information 
  • Time Impact Analysis for extension of time (EOT) and associated costs
  • Review the look-ahead plan submitted by the contractor compared to the approved baseline schedule
