- Responsible for preparing tender programme for plenty of different types of construction projects i.e. residential & public buildings, roads & bridges, mega water reservoirs & associated pipeline works, marine works and railway projects
- Finalized the working methodologies with the technical team before the programme is developed; also created manpower histogram and cash inflows to find out the resource availability and different options to arrange the remaining resource
- Transformed the tender documents to contract documents, upon the award of the project; collaborated with the site planners and the client to receive the approvals
- Generated the internal progress measurement system to monitor the progress and performance; tracked the different delay events and prepared the EOT claims
- Worked in the capacity of In-charge of the Project “People Mover System”, a 12 km long tram line in Education City, Doha in consortium with Siemens
