• Project budget setup
• Cost code / cost account setup / cost code approvals
• Monthly cost reporting 
• Incurred cost forecast
• Incurred cost flow
• Invoice forecast 
• Below the line Forecast, projected project recovery
• Equipment forecast
• Change management submissions (change orders, change order requests, trends, claims)
• Preparation of contractual claims
• Assessment of lower tier subcontractor claims
• Negotiation and close out of claims, extra work and additional fee entitlements
• Logging and tracking of extra work, managing extra work process
• Labour Forecasts
• Weekly Progress Report inputs
• Ongoing communication and coordination with other departments
• Managing and mentoring to team of cost engineers and project coordinators
• Overview and approval of outputs from team of project control coordinators
