·        SOCAR 7th Platform (Old Jacket)

·        Subsea Assets Progress Measurement

·        SDII (PR&QU) Project Fabrication of Jacket & Piles

·        Major Upgrading works on PLBH (barge)

·        Scope of works of Saipem Caspian Contractors

·        SOCAR 7th Platform (New Jacket)

 

Job Description:

 

Ø  Preparation of level 3 & 4 Schedules including the leveling of work agreed priorities, resource levels

and targets

Ø  Interface with the Company, client and subcontract teams

Ø  Update plan with information from vendors and suppliers and review their progress against base

Line schedule and report Management / Construction Team

Ø  Management, updating and distribution of Project Engineering / Construction plans at all levels

Ø  Produce ad-hoc plans as required within the Project

Ø  Preparation of manpower mobilization and demobilization plan

Ø  Prepare quantity take off and materials estimation from drawings

Ø  Preparation and follow up actual quantities for progress reporting

Ø  Production control Progress and Quantities monitoring

Ø  Estimation on production quantities and productivity control purposes

Ø  Identify and record all additional works

Ø  Prepare and issue construction schedule in the MS Project

Ø  Prepare and issue construction schedule in the Excel

Ø  Prepare weekly/monthly progress, photo, quantity report

Ø  Checking daily employees man hours and matching with plan

Ø  Collecting man-hours for weekly report.

Ø  Daily and weekly providing progress reports

Ø  Checking Surveyors works and advising to them

Ø  Weekly Man Power Statistic Report & Monthly reports

Ø  Checking databases earned value

Ø  Preparing Graphical Design of the project.

Ø  Preparing 2 Week Look ahead plan for production.  (Plate cutting, rolling, Welding).

Ø  Monitoring the production and Preparing daily report

Ø  Obtain weekly and monthly reports from AS400 for man-hours calculations. Check AS400 output for errors using correct procedure.

Ø  Create weekly and monthly man-hours reports from AS400 data, after checking, for submission to management team.

Ø  Creating Charts for both man-hour and production reports (1week, 5 week ahead CPI )

Ø  Creating Weekly, Monthly S-Curve Reports according to the figures updated by estimators,

Ø  Provide ad-hoc planning support to Construction Department for recovery schedules.

Ø  Attend project progress meetings to provide planning input.

Ø  Provide ad-hoc planning reports, as necessary, for management team.

Ø  Arranging Weekly Planning Meeting with Estimators.

Ø  Create New Projects in Microsoft Project,

Ø  Creating Scope of Work and list all level 4 effort activities in Project Measurement Database.

Ø  Updating Project Measurement Database daily.

Ø  Updating MS Project schedules weekly according to the Project Measurement Database summary

Ø  Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly production reports.

Ø  Preparing Weekly and Monthly Look Ahead Plan for Fabrication.

Ø  Regular reporting to Client and Management

Ø  Support to the project team in definition of corrective action

Ø  Provides project management consultation on factors affecting the timely completion of projects.

Ø  Performs special analysis for resource loading and performance progress.

Ø  Prepares plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluations.

Attending tender process and preparing tender schedules, manpower/project
histograms& S curves
