      Project Planning: The Critical Path Methodology is used to complete the project on time, Follow up the activities by Time Frame Schedule Programme, Recording the progress and scheduling the activities, Preparing the weekly and monthly look ahead, Monitoring the activities as per the targeted program to complete the project on prescribed time, Recover the delayed days, boost up the workmanship for the required activities to meet target program, Validation of Contractual Claims, Preparing the Monthly Budgets.Duties include Review and continuously monitor, against approved  

 

      schedules, the Contractor’s major construction progress, Review the

      Contract documents for each Construction Package and advise the

      Engineering/Construction Manager of any deficiency, Review and approve

      / comment on the Design schedules as submitted by the Contractor and

      ensure the Design Schedule is in compliance with the overall project

      schedule, Review and approve / comment on the procurement schedules

      as submitted by the Contractor and ensure the procurement schedules are

      in compliance and coordinated with current construction schedules,

      Review in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the Contractors,

      Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on

      site is in compliance with approved schedules, major milestones have

      been met and report deficiencies to Construction Manager, Review

      monthly reports as submitted by Contractor and report to Construction

      Manager any deficiency or non-compliance, Review any claim involving

      time impact as submitted by Contractor and report his assessment to

      Construction Manager, Advise the Construction Manager of any foreseen

      slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken, Assist

      Engineer/Construction Managers during preparation of Monthly Progress

      reports and Monthly Executive Presentations, Participate with PMC staff in  

      preparing Staff Deployment Schedule, Tender Proposals, Project Schedules

      etc.
