Mærsk FPSO Ngujima-Yin Fire Repairs - Lead Planning Engineer Providing the following planning support to the project manager and engineering team leader in a time critical environment: • Rapidly develop level 1 options for stakeholder review • Installed & configured client/server Primavera 6.2 installation including MSSQL2005 database back end • Integrate vendor and subcontractor schedules into Maersk master schedule • Provide Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis of options using Pertmaster risk software • Participate in risk assessment workshop to define quantitative & qualitative cost/schedule risks for analysis Woodside Integrated Service Contract - Lead Planning Engineer Leading a planning team providing support for front-end engineering (FEED), detail design, procurement, construction and management (ECPM) on both upstream and downstream LNG assets worth over $25 billion. Key accountabilities are: • Supervise and coordinate all activities of the planning engineers and assistant planners • Administration of Primavera P6 Enterprise and interface programs & development of baseline philosophy • Training and development of planners & mentoring assistant planners • Developing planning guideline set for planners to maintain consistency of planning forecasts • Prepare business forecasts and ad-hoc reports for presentation to JVP management • Manage portfolio hierarchy through Enterprise Project Structure (EPS) to enable reporting across schedules Woodside Engineering Service Contract - Senior Planning Engineer Providing an active role in the management of brownfield projects for Cossack Pioneer FPSO by integrating client operations and project plans and advising project leaders on planning issues for full project lifecycle. Key activities were: • Develop & maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) and coding in Primavera P6 and Convero • Prepare weekly & monthly progress and performance status reports, histograms and S-Curves • Tracking of the project/s progress, reporting on actual vs baseline, earned value, forecast completion • Analyse schedules utilising critical path analysis and resource loading histograms • Utilise OPREP & CPDEP processes to develop medium and long term look ahead plans
