Planning Engineer, Integral Services Co. W.L.L. (ISCO), Kuwait National Petroleum Company (K.S.C.) Clean Fuels Project (CFP)

Ø  Main scope includes Procurement and Construction work (Temporary facilities, Shutdown Tie-in work, Civil, Architecture, AG Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Insulation, Painting & Pre-Commissioning).

Ø  Able to understand the Technical Scope of work, Scheduling / Planning the appropriate set of activities and ensuring on timely completion of Project by Operating  Primavera Software.

Ø  Preparation of Control budget for whole project and submit to Management for approval.

Ø  Based on the control budget, Raised MR for all materials and Equipment’s and project materials.

Ø  Follow up with procurement team to get the all material delivery status updates by weekly.

Ø  Developing of EPC Master Schedule using Primavera P6 Software and updates on weekly basis.

Ø  Preparation of Shutdown schedule using Primavera P6 Software, up to Level 6 as per client requirement. Total tie-ins Executed – 427 nos,

Ø  Involved in preparation of Progress Measurement of Procurement and Construction work, along with invoice submission.

Ø  Weekly/Monthly/Daily reports generation including ‘S’-curves for client & management review.

Ø  Resource planning cost control, Progress Monitoring and progress analysis along with Internal and external reporting.

Ø  Provide progress reports, graphs and critical path analysis for the monthly and weekly progress reports to the Client.

Ø  Preparation of Productivity report for all discipline with S-Curve on weekly basis and report to Client.

Ø  Preparation of Quantity status report for all discipline with S-Curve on weekly basis and report to Client.

Ø  Analyzing progress shortfall on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis, attending Weekly Review Meeting with updated Minutes of Meeting (MOM) discussion minutes, Updating and Modification of schedule as per requirement.

Ø  Preparation of Presentation for weekly meeting.

Ø  Prepare monthly invoice for whole project with the help of Quantity surveying team and submit to Client for approval.

Ø  Follow up with Client Contract team for monthly progress payment.

Ø  Help to Estimation team to develop the Preliminary schedule and Curve for manpower and equipment report for Quotation submission.

Ø  Monitoring and controlling the Engineering Documents for Weekly and Monthly progress.

Ø  Preparation of 3 weeks Look ahead schedule and distribute to all discipline Managers and Supervisors.

Closely follow up with procurement team for weekly reports updating and get the ETA date for important materials
