- Develop project controls packages for several Construction/Interior fit-out projects (Menara ExxonMobil refurbishment, GEMS Metropark International School). This include development and weekly update of Master Schedule, progress measurement systems, preparation for Extension of Time as well as Project Management support.
- Carry out due-diligence on Project Cost Control capabilities for Oil & Gas service provider (Pioneer Engineering Sdn Bhd).
