Network Technical Trainee (Transitional Period)

Demonstrated adaptability moving from a field to office environment with highly developed computer skills. Returned to NAIT for educational upgrading in the Pre-Technology program and the Network Technical Trainee role was assumed therafter.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Sought the opportunity to continue a contribution to the company success through pursuit of employment alternatives with management and Human Resources.
• Completed the transition from a constructor role to a business position successfully and contributed to the knowledge base and links between the groups.
• Responded to users with equipment problems, which utilized previous customer service experience, providing positive communications and the ability to maintain satisfaction regardless of the issue.
