Maintenance Scheduler

Responsible for the evaluation of outstanding maintenance, new construction and unscheduled or emergency work. Planned and assigned tasks to appropriate teams.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Interfaced with various internal and external business units to schedule work in concentrated areas, responding to customer needs effectively.
  • Utilized knowledge of team skill sets and abilities to ensure proper assignment of people to the appropriate tasks.
  • Trained and supported technical team members in the use and operation of SAP - Plan Maintenance, Time Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Provided SAP training for field personnel in how to develop; execute; track and close-out of PM Notifications and PM Orders for day to day work; maintenance and/or operational based activities.
  • Led the design in the coordination and implementation of flow of work among groups ensuring that all steps were completed and met customer and company time, quality documentation and cost constraints.
  • Visited remote work sites to work along with field personnel to gain a more valuable understanding of their needs and to form effective relationships.
  • Organized and facilitated a presentation of Pipeline Construction, maintenance, and operation for groups of students which enhanced understanding for them and provided positive feelings for the Pipeline Industry and the company.
