 Organized technical close out process to ensure that all aspects of the technical closeout activitiesand engineering documentation fully completed, and the associated closeout Dossier assembled, andsigned off within the agreed timeframe, including meeting KPI dates. Developed the Close outProcedure with the detailed flowchart and description of the required process, roles andresponsibilities for all parties involved Creating and Coordinating BP eMOC (Management of Change) Process on behalf of ProjectEngineers and in accordance with BP Engineering Modifications MOC Procedure. Maintained andcoordinate Tag Allocation Process from design stage to close out, administration of the Client’s TagData Base Preparation of statistical (Productive/Non-productive ManHours & Utilization), Weekly ManHours andPMR reports based on Onshore/Offshore TimeNet data, SAP System and Subcontractor’s information Initiated Sub-contracts close out process, preparation of the Sub-contract archive files including Calloffs,Invoices, Payment Reconciliation Documents & Final Account Statements. Performed finalverification if technical requirements of the sub-contracts have been met and that the sub-contractshave been satisfactorily completed, costs claimed are reasonable and consistent with the workperformed. Assisting in Annual and Final reconciliation of Main Contract funding obligations andexpenditures with final amounts claimed, determine obligated/de-obligated amounts, all actual costsfully reimbursed from the Client
