•Responsible for Project Change Management, Project Finance, Contracts & Procurement, Cost Estimating, Planning & Scheduling, Budgeting & Cost Control, Full Suite Portfolio/Program/Project reporting, Progress Measurement and Risk Management for the full life cycle of projects and stage gate management for each stage for a portfolio of 500+ projects with an annual budget of approximately $100 million.

•Developed and implemented governance structure for project management including development of standards, procedures and processes in line with PMBOK best practices

•Championed process improvement using my prior experience in project controls and implementing best practices framework

•Lead a program support team that delivered accurate and timely progress and financial data for the program of works

•Provided strategic input to contracting methodology and structure for effective capital program delivery

•Lead development of Estimate Breakdown Structure that aligns with Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure.  This in turn allows for tracking and reporting from initial estimate to project completion.
