The project comprised of a 44km network of Tunnel’s (Trace) which interfaces with numerous Station’s / Shaft’s & Portals that extended from Royal Oak Portal/West Bourne Park through to Pudding Mill Lane & Plumstead. The overall control feeds back to an RCC in Romford controlled via SCADA

• Adopted existing project planning issues and improved programme reporting and accuracy
• Input from 10 planning members that reported on various contracts across the System-wide network
• Align / Focus & closed out Integration Planning Issues including Key Milestone Deliverable work for scope items.
• Managed Cost/Delay impacts Compensation Events including Mitigation measures
• Understand scope details & requirements from Track & OHLE to SCADA control networks
• Reporting of C610 project performance to System-wide Directors and Planning Heads
• Produced & Managed planning deliverables & workflow reporting
• Facilitated Integration workshops, and weekly Team meetings
• Generated Weekly Metrics and Progress reports
• Planning team management & Resource control
• Lead & generate Brain storming planning events to over-come constraint issues
