·     Leading the project to successful consent on time and on budget as part of the management team

·     Delivery of Cooperation & Interface agreements between the project’s companies and stakeholders. Liaison with engineers, consultants, lawyers and commercial managers

·     Regular project updates and reporting to the Board of Directors

·     Liaising with Stakeholders and managing progress of commercial agreement milestones

·     Leading the preparation of Expression of Interest and PQQ submission for successful qualification to The Crown Estate floating turbines demonstration site

·     Supporting customer and investors negotiations

·     Preparing annual Business Plan for the project companies

·     Liaising with all project managers, Consultants and partners to gather all required information to produce monthly reporting package.

·     Management of Programme and Project Controls; Programme critical path and baseline management, Progress Reports, Resource Planning and Risks

·     Responsible for Risk Management and risk workshops

Analysing contractors schedule and produce recommendation to project director
