  • Played key role with Project completion and closeouts while simultaneously increasing quality of service and follow – up tracking systems.
  • Successfully integration and control of Master Schedule and Subcontractors schedule with guidance on the manpower & equipment estimation.
  • Increased focus on manpower, equipment estimation, critical path, liquidated damages and claims
  •  Working in close coordination with the execution team to identify and raise technical queries to remove any bottlenecks that may hampers the overall progress.
  • Development, monitoring & control of EPC baseline schedules, resource allocation, activity weightings, reports generation and project costing (milestone payment plan & invoicing).
  • Tender Planning, Asset Planning, Operations Planning, Risk Planning & Engineering Planning.
  • Unsupervised working culture and an appetite for problem solving.
  • To ensure clear definition of the Planning requirements of the assigned project and to be fully familiar with the Contract.
  • Adherence by the EPC Contractor to all the issued Planning documents and procedures.
  • Create, agree, issue and maintain the Overall Project Master Schedule
  • To apply all Planning techniques as appropriate in accordance with the approved Project Controls Execution Plan.
  • To ensure that the EPC Contractors Planning Systems provide the best possible control tools for the Supervisory staff on the project to allow them to control their work efficiently.
  • To ensure that, at all times, the EPC Contractor and PMO team are fully aware of

    - Exceptions to plan, constraints, key dates and completion milestones.

    - required remedial action

    - Forecasts for recovery to the plan.

    • To ensure that the Project Manager is aware of any potential major problems, and to propose remedial action, i.e. to initiate an "Early Warning" system.
    • Assist in the review progress and performance updates with the Project team to identify adverse trends in progress and man-hour expenditure.
    • Audit EPC Contractors reports and schedules to ensure they represent an accurate status of the project.
