Working on Network Rail Signalling projects under the SWGPA (Signalling Works Geographical Partnering Arrangement) framework agreement. Looking after all aspects of planning, responsible for constructing baseline programmes in P3, both cost & resource loaded to reflect project budgets. Progressing project programmes, including site visit & live monitoring. Working to 4 week cycle reports utilising a combination of P3 & Excel, producing update programmes & EV’s, resource data & cost forecasting, identifying critical path. Involved in all aspects of planning, from project design start to site finish & contractor to client meetings liaising with all members of the project team. Tasked with evaluating resource requirements by project & by discipline on a rolling 12month look ahead, extracting data from the resourced P3 programmes.

Main Software used: Primavera P3 & P3e/c, Microsoft Excel.
