- Ensure compliance with Company Operating and Financial Procedures within Projects
- Meet or exceed Project targets.
- Control Scope of work, Issue, Verify and Maintain the schedule, Issue of Project Documents, Management of Non-conformance reports, Interface with client, Day to Day Project Management, Prepare the Project Meeting with client, Prepare and Issue weekly and Monthly Reports
- Efficiently manage and secure orders with the support of Business Development.
- To assure the fulfilment of Technical and Quality requirement.
- To maintain relations with the customer and to obtain feedback on the project performance from customers.
- To direct the project team.
- To ensure professional growth of the assigned project engineers as per department and company needs and exchange experience with colleagues.
