Senior Integrated Planning Engineer & Planning Supervisor Rosebank Project

 

Rosebank field located on the north-west edge of the United Kingdom Continental Shelf, approximately 130 km north-west of Shetland in 1,100 m of water. First discovered in 2004. Appraisal campaign was conducted between 2004 and 2009.

 

Rosebank Project ($6 Billion Project Value included D&C) a FPSO approximately 300m long by 54.6 beam, located northwest of the Shetland Islands and designed for long-term efficient operation. Topsides processing sized to handle 100 kbopd and 100 mmscfd export gas with total

 

liquids of 260 kbpd and water injection of 260 kbpd. Estimated dry weight of the Topsides is approximately 39,000 metric tonnes, consisting of fourteen major production modules. 14 Wells for Subsea infrastructure installed to support FPSO production.

 

Facilitated, managed, and executed the development of the Class 3 Level 3 EPCI Integrated Rosebank Execution schedule, handed over to Chevron for their assurance process. Planning team that I lead, Interfaced with all relevant disciplines and sub-contractors per my direction through-

 

out development. Thorough Monte Carlo risk modelling and analysis of proposed EPC to Client Level 3 EPCI schedule.

 

Facilitated, managed, and executed the development of the Phase 4 Detail Design Topsides Execution Schedule for Worleyparsons scope utilizing Oracle and ERP software programs (Primavera and SAP). Transitioned from Class 3 Level 3 EPCI Schedule development lead to Planning
