Senior Scheduler, Oceaneering, Many

START Date:
March, 2012

During my time at Oceaneering my time at Oceaneering I have worked both as a scheduler, trainer and PM.  As a scheduler I have performed functions such as creating and maintaining codes, calendars, roles and responsibilites and other administrative efforts.  I have managed between 3 and 6 schedules at a time with activities between 100 lines and over 10,000 lines with values between 300,000 and 12 million. My primary focus has been on Engineering schedules but I work on schedules from inception all the way through to hardware delivery.  I have developed a standardized templated that makes schedule creation easier, reporting and searches consistent, and understanding universal throughout the group. I have also worked to develop proceesses that help our group work more effectiviely and to allow us to work uniformly with other groups and divisions in the company when we work on shared projects.

I have also spent time working with the corporate IT department to develop training that we have used to train many of our locations on the use of P6.  We have developed training for the professional and web client on the use of team member, dashboards, layouts, fundamenals, advanced use and more.

As a PM some of the projects of note that I have managed are the implementation and migration of P6 from Microsoft Project for a groupo of over 75 with 70+ active projects for a fraction of the estimated budget. Currently I am assisting the IT departmentand and managing the global migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
