  • Reviewed and commented on contractor’s monthly interim payment for IK construction, IK Materials and OOK Material.
  • Provided schedule input for MPU (Monthly Progress Update) & BISR (Budget Item Summary Report) for building works, civil works, electrical works, instrument works, insulation works, mechanical works, painting works, pre-commissioning works, special lining works and telecommunication work.
  • Prepared and updated Construction Progress Tracking and generated additional reports for Senior Project Engineers and Project Manager’s information and usage.
  • Coordinated issues related to Project Monitoring and Interim payment with the contractor’s Project Control Manger, Cost Engineer and Planning Engineer.
  • Prepared and tracked project cost and schedule performance analysis, maintain visibility of milestones to all members,
  • Reviewed the contractor construction schedule, progress S-curve, manpower histograms, pre-commissioning and look-Ahead schedule.
  • Modified original contractor schedule and provided additional tracking schedule using Primavera (P3 or P6) for Saudi Aramco Engineers per area of responsibility like common area, gas/oil separation (GOSP Train 1), gas /oil separation (GOSP Train 2), gas /oil separation (GOSP Train 3), TEG & Gas Treatment unit, ATM & HP Gas Compression unit, Oil inlet Facilities (East Manifold Area), KO Drum & Main Pipe Rack Area, Flare Area, Main Pipe Rack (GOSP area), North GOSP area for Satellite office and CSW ponds.
  • Prepared additional reports as required by PMT’s and Senior Project Engineer.
