  • Led data gathering processes for creation of  GE Power & Water marketing handbook focused on MENA region specific country assessments, competitive dynamics, customer analysis, and keys to winning
  • Owned & led deep dive on Angola to identify & size power generation opportunities for Distributed Power in various sectors including Oil & Gas, mining, food & beverage, waste-to-energy, manufacturing, etc.
  • Kept track of policy reforms, regulatory issues, project updates and competitive threats pertaining to Power & Water in region
  • Identified the barriers to commercial deployment of our Energy Efficiency Solutions across multiple P&Ls, and put together a comprehensive Energy Efficiency Action Plan for the region covering both the supply & demand sides of Energy Efficiency, focusing on Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria, UAE, Pakistan & Oman
  • Led a policy reform strategy to support Egypt’s renewable energy deployment, by identifying the market barriers faced, analyzing the different renewable energy support schemes as well as financing mechanisms used, and extracting the lessons learned from other countries
