Co-coordinating engineering progress and updating of the over-all schedule between the various offices which formed part of the WPF joint venture.(Brisbane, Al-Khobar and Beijing). Maintaining the project Engineering and Construction schedule and developing the interface mechanisms which would provide the platform for progress measurement software (Eztrac/Milemarker)  Supervising/coordinating the site projects control department ensuring that all the relevant needs and expectations are fore filled in terms of reporting to parties such as the client and the site project construction contingent. Develop/revise planning/scheduling and reporting procedures to assist with the site specific requirements in a multi-discipline environment which include the various activities in each engineering discipline (Process, CSA, mechanical, piping, electrical and control systems/instrumentation) and construction (Earthworks, Concrete and Tankage fabrication and Erection) disciplines. Develop reports (Progress reports, look-ahead reports, S- curves and Engineering and Construction tracking a monitoring registers.) which enable efficient and effective project management and project execution. Continual monitoring of progress commodities and percentages associated with the project. Collaborating with project management, project engineering in multiple offices based around the world, Construction Management and Construction Supervision for the planning/scheduling of the project.
