  • Primavera P3 and Microsoft Project planning tools working as the lead scheduler on numerous high profile projects.
  • Planning services for the Design, Development and Manufacture of antenna, radar and telecommunication systems primarily for the Defence Industry.
  • Established and operated all aspects of Project organization including the planning of Projects using WBS, PBS etc. and used techniques to determine project time, resources and cost planning.
  • Gained good knowledge of risk management and progressing projects utilizing control cycles.
  • Programmes for all forms of transport were supported including aircraft, ground vehicles, rail systems and naval vessels.
  • All Programmes were statused on a monthly basis and numerous reports were created for review including Earned Value Analysis and a detailed summary of the current status of the project was delivered to the management team.
  • Value of the Programmes ranged between £50K-£10M.
  • Support and advice during Bid Stage in order to provide a comprehensive and workable plan to the customer.
  • Worked on a number of internal projects to establish directives and processes to continually improve the company stature including the achievement of attaining CMMI Level 3 in Systems & Software Engineering.
  • Created procedures and enablers for the planning team in order to establish a 'common approach'.
