Planning & Project Controls

  • Supporting the Project Management Team with various project control and contract administration responsibilities to ensure that company achieve project goals, as per committed schedules along with fulfilment of all contractual requirements.
  • Develop and estimate the work packages for EPC scope of work including price analysis.
  • Prepare the RFP packages to subcontractors, perform the technical, commercial evaluations, price and risk analysis for the received proposals.
  • Ensure implementation of documents and procedures as stipulated in their contract agreements.
  • Crafting Interactions of risk, cost, and quantities on the project. Identify and document specific areas of risk and key quantities, and their effect on cost. Optimizing the project controls functions, estimating, planning/scheduling, cost control, and risk management
  • Coordinate with project team, client and subcontractors to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations and schedule commitments.
  • Verification of subcontractor claims against the established contractual agreements.
  • Control of project information communication with subcontractors to avoid issues and delays.
  • Preparation of budget histograms, tables, curves, resource logs (Manpower, Materials, and Equipment) as reference baselines for the control during the various project execution phases.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly progress and cost control report with various status updates of project for project management team and client counterparts.

EOT Claims

  • Calculation of prolongation costs (for time-based resources) due to extension using contractually defined parameters.
  • Calculation of disruption costs (for direct resources) due to delays attributable to client.
  • Participating in regular meetings with client for discussing and defending cost claims.
  • Analyzing and spotting of deviations from plan, estimation of final time and cost impact and monitoring the effect of corrective actions taken by project management team.
  • Formulation of documentation as per notification requirements to support contractor claims,
  • Collection of historical data and facts for preparation of schedule delay analysis and reports to support EOT claims to client.
  • Evaluating sub-contractor EOT request and cost claims along with preparation of defense and counter claims
