Integrated decommissioning Program (Mega-project) activities maintaining (1-st and 2-d levels):

• Base line (BL) creation and renewing for 2-d level, 
• Work package progress estimation adjustment.
• Contractors schedules and milestones integration in Integrated decommissioning Program
• Monthly actual data collection and input,
• Control of actual data import from accounting and timesheet systems. 
• Schedule updating to data date
• Logic scheme, dependences, critical path monthly observation and analysis,
• Variances from Base Line observation, causes analysis carrying out and reporting to planning department chief
• Status report data preparation and distributing to reporting group.
• Remaining  budget recalculation based on up-to date calculation parameters (1 time per 2 years)
• Cost control based on earned value method
• Communication with all kind of company staff from decommissioning service director to foremen.
