Providing Planning service to the Estimating, Fabrication and Construction divisions using Suretrak and P3 software. Preparation of all programme charts at Tender stage and later Contract award level II programmes. Supporting Project Manager for Utilities/Water Tenders and Live projects providing tender programmes and Site based construction programmes from contract award. Assisting site nominated Planning engineer prepare level III and IV programmes in accordance with conditions of contract. Producing supporting Histograms and Progress ‘S’ Curves for both Fabrication and Site disciplines. Collating and maintaining Planning records for all operational areas, including maintenance of the companies forward loading charts.
